    Hello my name is Tracey Nathaniel, Internet Sales Manager for Folger Kia East. Originally a native New Yorker and mother of 3, my family and I recently moved to Charlotte in 2007. Before getting into the automotive industry, I spent 18 years in the food and beverage industry. My mother is a retired chef and hotel manager, so I learned early the fundamentals of customer service and exceeding their expectations. I have been in the automotive industry for 16 years now, and customer service is first and foremost when assisting clients with their wants and needs.
